Coastal Glass was contacted by a couple from the Skewen, Neath area who needed a cat flap installed in there rear door.
They had explored the idea of having a compleate new door installed not realising the glass to the existing door could be re-made to incorporate their desired cat flap.
The new door option was way over their budget.
When they contacted Coastal Glass the job was surveyed and priced within two days of the enquiry. They were happy to proceed with the new doubled glazed unit which was to be made-to-measure with all holes pre-cut and sealed prior to installation.
There was a lead time of 7 days for manufacturing the new glass to incorporate the desired cat flap supplied by the customer, which was the microchip type, preventing intruder animals entering their home.
Coastal Glass kept in contact with the client, giving regular updates on the manufacturing of the new glass and available installation slots.
As promised it was supplied on time and on budget and installed at a convenient time to suit the client.
